Rosemary and parmesan pork loin
1 pork loin
1/4 cup parmesan
2 T fresh rosemary
olive oil
-preheat oven 375 F
-mix parmesan and rosemary
-brush pork loin with olive oil
-coat loin with cheese/spice mix
-cook for 25 minutes
cut (slice) and serve with rice and vegetables

ReplyDeleteturned out very good ! but the coating did not "stick" as much as I would have like...maybe a little honey on the meat instead of oil !! next time !
